Gival Press is pleased to announce that Kate Monaghan of New York City has won the Gival Press Poetry Award-2021. Her collection Disputed Site, which was chosen anonymously by Matthew Pennock, will be published in October of this year.
About the Author
Kate Monaghan holds a BA in Studio Art and English from Yale and a PhD in classical Chinese poetry from Harvard. Her poems have appeared in the American Poetry Review, Colorado Review, Conjunctions, the Yale Review and elsewhere. She lives between New York City and Oaxaca, Mexico.
